Uniquely tailored for your needs and fitness goals. An introduction to basic anatomy, breathwork, alignment assessment, and mindful awareness training. A thoughtful exploration of body and mind that assists in improving one's overall physical and mental well-being.

Semi-Private

Semi-private shared fitness goals to improve strength, balance and flexibility. Learn basic anatomy, breathwork, rhythmic coordination, alignment assessment and mindful awareness training.

Group Classes

• Moving Meditation:

Rhythmic motion of body and breath for conscious control of all muscular movements while on the reformers.


• Slow Burn:

To move methodically and meticulously while holding each move slightly longer than usual before transitioning on to the next motion. This reformer class challenges the mind to focus, hold still and to become one with one’s body in the present moment.


• Stretch Into Alignment:

Unhealthy fascia can lead to tight muscles and stiffness, while limiting range of motion and causing pain. Deep stretch exercises assist in breaking down fascia to help ease tight muscles and re-adjust the body's alignment.

 

• Balance:

An intermediate to advance class to further excel mind and body skillsets while performing balance exercises during standing, rotating, planking and inversion exercises on reformers and chairs.


• Jump Into Action:

A cardio jump-board class on the reformer that employs the principles of plyometrics to train coordination, strengthen muscles and burn calories.


Meditation Session


• Mental Diet:

The path to our well-being is the path out of our ill-being. The flesh is the habit self which goes on repeating what it has learned until by new thinking, it is taught to behave differently. This 20-minute meditation class introduces the student to the subconscious and conscious mind. Thoughts govern moods and experiences. Practice being consciously disciplined as it is an essential part of healing and gaining optimal health.
